As with all Real Estate Agencies operating in Queensland, our agency commission is capped at 5% of the first $18,000, plus 2.5% of the remainder of the purchase price.

An easy way to calculate the commission is to take the purchase price, add $18,000, and then divide the total by 40.

As with all professional services, an additional 10% GST applies.

Example (assuming a Purchase Price of $500,000):

$500,000  + $18,000 = $518,000

$518,000 / 40 = $13,450

$13,450 + 10% GST                          

Total Commission = $14,795
