On the 12th of November 2009, the Queensland Government introduced new legislation requiring all home owners to complete the Sustainability Declaration, prior to selling their property.

The four areas covered in the declaration are Energy, Water, Access & Safety.

You'll find that most Building Inspectors are now prioving a consultancy service should you require assistance with completing the form.
